Here’s what you can expect from Our Firm

Case Kick-off

At the beginning of any case, our firm gathers information about you and all relevant parties. Depending on the case details, we proceed with drafting.

Filing & Service

After drafting is complete, the client receives a copy of the documents for approval. Once approved, the case or documents are filed and we begin to attempt service with a trusted process server.

Discovery

Client input is paramount. We provide copies of original requests and draft what are called Working Drafts. These drafts are forwarded to the client with specific instructions for completion. Once drafts are complete, the client is asked to review and approve them, and they are served.

Mediation

Once discovery has been exchanged, in most jurisdictions in Georgia, we attend mediation. We prepare each client before the session and ensure all questions are answered and a comprehensive settlement agreement has been curated. .

The timeline varies depending on the case’s scope and complexity. I ensure an efficient approach without compromising meticulous attention to detail to reach a favorable outcome.

What role do clients play in the discovery process?

What is the cost of a consultation?

The cost of a consultation could range from $200 to $350, depending on the complexity of the case and whether you request a legal strategy session versus a preliminary consultation.

What are your payment expectations?

Clients are expected to pay an initial retainer specific to their case’s needs until that amount has been exhausted by hourly work product. Replenishment will vary based on your fee agreement.
